Joseph V. Topper, Jr., President & Chief Executive Officer 

Effective October 1, 2014, Joseph V. Topper, Jr. was named President and Chief Executive Officer of CrossAmerica GP, the general partner of CrossAmerica Partners LP, formerly Lehigh Gas Partners LP. Mr. Topper was Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of Lehigh Gas GP, the general partner of Lehigh Gas Partners LP, since December 2011. Mr. Topper has 25 years of management experience in the wholesale and retail fuel distribution business. In 1987, Mr. Topper purchased his family's retail fuel business and five years later founded our predecessor, where he has been the Chief Executive Officer since 1992. Mr. Topper currently serves on the Board of Directors of CST Brands, Inc., the Board of Trustees for Villanova University and the Board of Directors for Lehigh Valley PBS. He is the past President of the board for Lehigh Valley PBS and the Lehigh Valley PBS Foundation and previously served as a board member for the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital in Allentown. Mr. Topper holds a master of Business Administration degree from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Mr. Topper is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Topper and his wife, Maureen, have four children.

David F. Hrinak, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

David F. Hrinak was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of our general partner in October 2014. Mr. Hrinak has been the President of LGC since September 2010. From 2005 until September 2010, Mr. Hrinak served as the Vice President of Wholesale for LGC. Mr. Hrinak has 35 years of experience in the wholesale and retail fuel distribution business. Prior to joining LGC, Mr. Hrinak was the Branded Wholesale Manager at ConocoPhillips. In addition to ConocoPhillips, he has held various leadership positions at BP and Mobil including Territory Manager, Sales and Business Consultant, Region Manager, and Wholesaler Business Manager.

Mark L. Miller, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Mark L. Miller was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of our general partner in July 2012. He has been employed by LGC since 2004 as Vice President of Acquisitions managing LGC's acquisitions, divestitures, acquisition financing and working capital requirements. Prior to joining LGC, Mr. Miller was the Chief Financial Officer for several middle market companies in various industries. Mr. Miller also spent six years with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Frank M. Macerato, General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer

Frank Macerato was appointed General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of our general partner in March 2013. Mr. Macerato has 18 years of legal experience primarily in the areas of Securities Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Financial Transactions. Prior to joining Lehigh Gas, he worked at Cytec Industries Inc. as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and at EnerSys as Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. He was a Shareholder at Stevens & Lee, a law firm in Reading, PA and an Associate at Reed Smith, a law firm in Philadelphia, PA. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Macerato held various management and engineering positions, primarily at Air Products and Chemical, Inc. He holds a J.D. from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University and an MBA in Management and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

David A. Sheaffer, Chief Accounting Officer

David A. Sheaffer was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of our general partner in June 2013, following his employment by LGC as Director of Financial Reporting since November 2012. Prior to joining LGC, Mr. Sheaffer was Senior Manager of Financial Reporting for Graham Packaging Company, Inc., a publicly traded, specialty-packaging company, from June 2008 to November 2012 and was Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting for Rite Aid Corporation, a publicly traded, pharmacy-retail chain, from March 2005 to June 2008. Mr. Sheaffer also has more than nine years of experience with public accounting firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tracy A. Derstine, Executive Vice President, Administration

Tracy A. Derstine was appointed Vice President of Administration in May 2012. Ms. Derstine has worked for LGC since 1999. Ms. Derstine has been the Vice President of Human Resources of LGC since February 2009. Prior to that, Ms. Derstine held the positions of Director of Human Resources from October 2006 to February 2009 and Human Resources Administrator and Office Administrator from 1999 to October 2006. In her position as Executive Vice President, Ms. Derstine oversees administrative departments for LGC including Human Resources, Safety, Information Technology, and Insurance. Ms. Derstine has 14 years of experience in the wholesale and retail fuel distribution business and more than 30 years of human resource experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Shippensburg University. Ms. Derstine is a member of the Governor-appointed Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board.

John K. Hooven, Senior Vice President, Operations

John K. Hooven was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations in July 2014. Beforehand, he served our general partner as Vice President of Wholesale Distribution, a position he held since May 2012. Mr. Hooven had served as the Vice President of Wholesale Distribution of LGC since April 2009. From July 2008 until April 2009, he served as the Vice President of Operations of LGC. Prior to joining LGC, Mr. Hooven worked at Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc., a subsidiary of LUKOIL, where he served as regional Sales Manager from May 2004 until July 2008. Mr. Hooven has 35 years of experience in the wholesale and retail fuel distribution business. He spent more than 20 years at Mobil Oil Corporation where he held various marketing positions along the East Coast. Mr. Hooven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Temple University.

Charles M. Nifong, Vice President, Finance & Chief Investment Officer

Charles Nifong joined Lehigh Gas in February 2013. Prior to joining Lehigh Gas, Mr. Nifong worked for more than nine years in investment banking, most recently as a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the real estate industry coverage group, where he worked on an extensive range of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments. Prior to his career in investment banking, Mr. Nifong served as a Captain in armor and reconnaissance units in the United States Army. Mr. Nifong holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with Highest Honor from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia.

Stephen Lattig, Vice President of Wholesale East

Stephen Lattig was appointed Vice President of Wholesale East of our general partner in July 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Lattig served as CFO of Lehigh Gas Ohio LLC from April 2013. Since September 2006, he has held several roles with LGC, including Vice President of Operations and Real Estate, Director of Operations, Area Manager of New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, and Territory Manager of New Jersey. Mr. Lattig has more than 20 years of experience in the wholesale and retail fuel distribution business. Before joining LGC, he worked at E. M. Haynes Jr. Inc. for 14 years in various leadership positions, including Sales Manager, Vice President and President for five years. Mr. Lattig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from DeSales University and received his Executive MBA from Villanova University in 2013.  

George W. Wilkins, Vice President of Wholesale West

George Wilkins was appointed Vice President of Wholesale West of our general partner in July 2014. Mr. Wilkins had previously served as Wholesale General Manager of Lehigh Gas since March 2012, where he was responsible for growing and developing our network of dealer-operated locations. Prior thereto, he worked for LUKOIL North America, where he served as Director of Wholesale Operations and Marketing from 2010 to 2011 and as Brand Manager from 2004 to 2010. Mr. Wilkins has more than 17 years of diverse experience working for major oil companies, including ConocoPhillips as East Coast Marketing Manager, and he has held a series of award-winning sales positions, including Regional Strategy Manager for Mobil Oil Corporation. Mr. Wilkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Drexel University and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University.
